After sleeping from 9pm to 11am on fri-sat, and then from 8pm to 8am on sat-sun, plus a couple of short naps, i feel almost back to normal:)

So sometimes, being sick is just your body’s way of telling you that you need to rest. And, recovery after a bout of sickness always makes me treasure health just that little bit more.

Recovery also means my mum will turn normal. Every time i fall sick, Mum morphs into a housemate from hell who nags non-stop. She goes: “See, i told you……not to sleep with your hair wet/to eat less chips/not to skip breakfast”. Her cyclical nagging just makes my giddiness worse. Still, she made porridge 🙂
